Terms & Conditions
We accept paypal as a method of payment, you don't have to have a Paypal account as it does process credit/debit cards too.
As soon as payment is made we will start packing and shipping your item - please see our Shipping Policy.
As soon as your payment is received we will aim to send your purchase within 2-3 working days by Signed for Royal Mail. Obviously Custom made items may take a little longer but this would always be discussed with you upon a custom request. All items will be carefully wrapped and packaged.
Refunds and Exchanges
We really hope you love the items you have ordered, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases and wish to return them, you may do so within 14 days of purchase, please contact us to discuss this first. Once the item has been received back and we are happy with its condition, we shall refund you the price of the item via paypal.
Please return the item in the condition it was received, repackaged securely in the original packaging. Postage and packaging costs are non refundable unless an item is faulty.
